I cut back on the carbs 6 weeks ago and also try to workout 3 times a week. I agree I wouldn’t say I’ve turned my life upside down, but even committing to this much has been HARD and taken will power and determination. But wow I can really start to see the difference a healthier diet and moderate exercise can make! And in a relatively short amount of time.
